Hi everyone! My name is Ikuo Sogawa.

I am 54years old, and working as a Manager. I like my work, and the driving force is to spend the time every day by overlapping the history and root search.

Management is not only remembering the history and chronology, like the searching for the root cause from the unheard words, but I think that our ancestors have suggested the real intention of things and the solution for the riddle to the present off springs.

I let our daily lives and our predecessors' wisdom and history overlap each other in my personal blog. It's obvious that messages from our predecessors exist everywhere in our daily lives. My policy is to feel it in the flesh and pass on to our posterity. I wish our posterity in the world is wealthier and happier than me. This is our predecessors' hope as well.
